Shingles infection causes a painful rash typically on one side of the body.
Rapid treatment is key to keeping it under control.
Further details can be found here NHS SHINGLES
Our pharmacists are trained to treat Shingles and may be able to prescribe a suitable product for you.
How it works
Simply contact the pharmacy
Our staff will complete a short questionnaire to record your details for the NHS and to help choose the right products for you.
If suitable, our pharmacist will provide treatment on the pharmacy First service and provide shingles treatment, pain killers, provide healthcare advice and inform you of what to do if it gets worse.
For more complicated shingles that cannot be treated under pharmacy first our independant prescribing pharmacists may be able to write an NHS prescription for treatment
