We are required to visually assess your weight against your BMI. This can be done by our pharmacy team when you collect your prescription, for all deliveries you are required to submit a photo.

We require two photos, one face on and one side on. It will be much easier if someone takes the photo for you or if you use a timer.

Make sure you:

• Stand in front of the camera to capture a face-on, standing image of your full body - ideally from the top of your head down to your feet.

• Stand in front of the camera to capture a side-on, standing image of your full body.

• Adopt a relaxed pose with head and body facing forward, arms at your side and feet shoulder-width apart.

• Please stand in front of a clear background, in full light and in focus, without any glare or obstructions.

• Wear a single layer of form-fitting clothing so we can accurately see your body shape.
