Simply contact the pharmacy and let us know what you need.

Our staff will ask some questions to ensure a safe supply.

Please remember some items are not suitable or available for an emergency supply.

For patients registered with a Scottish GP- If suitable our pharmacist will write and dispense a prescription for you and send a copy to your GP, or refer you to 111 if more suitable.

Patients registered with other UK practices- Our team will contact your surgery and ask them to supply a prescription to cover an emergency supply. If your surgery refuses you will need to pay the full cost.

For EEA patients a private emergency supply will be made, this will be charged at full cost plus VAT.

Non UK, Non EEA patients are not entitled to an emergency supply and, unless urgent or in the best interest of the patient, will be referred to a local gp or 111.

Our indepedndent prescribing pharmacists may be able to write an NHS or Private prescription
